The FEMTELLE uPA/PAI-1 Test has been recommended by German and American Guidelines at the highest Level of Evidence  (LOE-1) for therapy decisions in node-negative breast cancer:

American ASCO Guidelines
Since 2007 the FEMTELLE Test is recommended in the guidelines of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) for therapy decisions in node-negative breast cancer.
